Withdrawal Form
We believe this will not be necessary and that you will be satisfied with our products. However, anything can happen and sometimes a product may not fit you as you imagined. For such cases, we have prepared a few instructions below on how to proceed with returning your order.
1) It is necessary to fill in the withdrawal from contract form, which you can download by clicking the link below:
1) Please send us the signed form (scan) by email to: liin@liin.cz or include it in the package you are returning.
2) The returned goods must not be used (except for trying on clothing) or damaged in any way.
3) If possible, pack the goods in the original packaging and protect them with foil or wrapping paper.
4) Choose either PPL, Zásilkovna, or Česká pošta, a.s. as the carrier.
If sending via PPL or Česká pošta, a.s., please send the parcel to the address: LIIN, Bystřice 1482, 739 95 Bystřice, (email: liin@liin, tel.: 725 685 068)
If sending via Zásilkovna, choose the Zásilkovna pickup point: ID 3327, Bystřice 5, 739 95, Bystřice, (email: liin@liin, tel.: 725 685 068)
After receiving the returned goods, we will refund the corresponding amount to your bank account within 14 days.
